Leon Jackson, the visionary chef and owner of Joosy Gastro, brings a unique fusion of cultures to the heart of Barcelona. Of Jamaican and French descent, Leon moved from the UK to Barcelona in 2009, where he quickly became a prominent figure by organizing renowned musical and cultural events. His diverse background extends into hospitality, having worked as a night & culture manager at iconic venues such as Ocaña and the Edition Hotel. When the pandemic put a halt to his career in hospitality, Leon turned to his true passion—cooking. Today, he masterfully blends traditional Jamaican Caribbean flavors with refined French culinary techniques, offering an unparalleled dining experience at Joosy Gastro.
